About the Role : We are excited to invite an experienced Community Manager with Affordable Housing / BOND experience to join our growing team in Palmdale, CA . In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property management 300+Units , including leasing, resident relations, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a positive community atmosphere, ensuring the financial health of the property, and managing the daily operations with a special focus on requirements and compliance.
