We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions, and achieve sales targets
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our client’s metal products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers
• Process customer orders, provide pricing information, and ensure timely delivery of products
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Work closely with the outside sales team, operations staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service
