Account Executive – Advertising & Marketing Sales
Location : Phenix City, AL (Office / Field-Based)
Employment Type : Independent Contractor (Commission-Only)
Compensation : 3-Month Stipend + Uncapped Commission

Position Overview
As an Account Executive at AMP, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. This commission-only role is designed for self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and a desire for financial independence. To support your initial efforts, we offer a 3-month stipend as you build your client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Develop and present customized advertising solutions to meet client needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, marketing, or related fields
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
Compensation Structure
3-Month Stipend : Financial support during the ramp-up period as you build your portfolio
Commission : Earn a percentage of each sale with no cap on earnings
Earning Potential : With our structured goal system, first-year income typically ranges between $60,000 and $100,000
