The Business Operations Coordinator position will handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support our medical record retrieval business. While administrative in nature, there will be some light phone work required. Individuals best suited for this position should have a private workspace set up for handling protected health information and be self-motivated to remain productive in a remote environment. Day-to-day job functions may vary depending on business needs.
This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm EST. We offer 1 - 2 weeks of paid on-the-job training and the hours during training will be 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm EST from Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Invoice review
- Data entry
- Approve invoices based on specific business rules
- Coordination and communication with provider offices

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
