Job Summary Details :

The Call Center Rep receives requests via intercom, cell phone and line lines for help, directions, complaints and other issues from customers who are parking in the ramps.

Shift and Pay : 13.25 Per Hour

An average of 25 hours per week

3-11PM or 11PM-7AM Schedule- Tuesday - Saturday

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.

Responsibilities :

Call center position that receives requests via intercom, cell phone and line lines for help, directions, complaints and other issues from customers who are parking in the ramps.

Also, this job requires viewing security cameras on TV monitors and dispatch employees / security to follow up on potential issues in the parking ramps. The job requires extensive knowledge of the parking system and excellent communication and customer service skills.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
