Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of personal computer and related business software preferred. Directly supervises assigned clinical pharmacist staff. Monitors performance of staff and departmental processes, providing timely feedback and coaching, including annual performance reviews. Develops process and workflows for clinical pharmacy services to create a safe, efficient, and compliant department operation. Current Registered Pharmacist License (RPh) for applicable state required. Board certification preferred.

In this role, you'll lead pharmacy services at your hospital site ensuring that our clinical standards, safety practices, and performance goals reflect Legacy's commitment to compassion and professionalism. You'll shape a collaborative environment that supports your team's development and advances our pharmacy practice to the highest level.
Responsibilities
You'll be a trusted leader who :
- Oversees the day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations including staff scheduling, orientation, competency assessments, annual reviews, and financial stewardship.
- Champions evidence-based practice and safe medication use through clinical initiatives, education, and continuous quality improvement.
- Builds strong relationships with administrative, medical, nursing, and support teams to provide seamless, cost-effective care for every patient.
- Develops your team from pharmacists to PGY1 residents and students fostering their professional growth and expertise.
- Drives safety and quality through regular safety reviews, regulatory compliance, ICAREs follow-up, and system-level pharmacy projects.
- Manage the inpatient pharmacy team at your hospital, working closely with your pharmacy operations counterpart to support all facets of the pharmacy.
