Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures for property management staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Implement systems and processes to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property operations, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. Lead by example in delivering legendary services to residents, property owners, and other stakeholders. Empower property management staff to go above and beyond in meeting resident needs and exceeding expectations. Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing multifamily or commercial properties. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools. Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Commitment to accountability, integrity, and delivering legendary services. Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, with a strong emphasis on accountability and delivering legendary services to residents and stakeholders.
