Director of Contracts - Stock Plan Services
Role
In this role you will provide counsel to Fidelity Workplace Services, taking ownership for the negotiation of diverse types of service and transactional documents with our equity compensation and retirement plan sponsor clients. You will work with a dynamic and collaborative team of highly skilled professionals in Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance, Finance and Corporate Legal to reach desired business goals of Fidelity, while mitigating risk.
The Expertise You Have
- Effective speaking, presentation, and contract drafting, review and negotiations skills
- Keen knowledge of U.S. securities laws, rules and regulations, and data privacy laws
- High level interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Minimum of 5-8 years of shown experience, preferably including brokerage, compliance / legal experience
- Requires a four (4) year college degree, JD strongly preferred
- Law firm or equivalent experience preferred
