Experienced Electrical Estimators are needed to support cost estimation efforts for electrical installations across industrial, commercial, and mission-critical projects. This role involves preparing and analyzing bids, collaborating with vendors, and supporting project management throughout the pre-construction and turnover phases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine material needs, wire lengths, and outlet placements in compliance with electrical codes
• Prepare and distribute bid packages to vendors and evaluate received quotes for accuracy
• Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs using Trimble Estimation software
• Review project scope and estimates with management, draft bid letters, and coordinate with clients throughout the bid process
• Partner with project managers to facilitate a smooth handoff and assist with submittals and change orders as needed
• Identify cost-saving strategies and provide recommendations to improve project profitability
• Maintain and update internal cost databases to reflect current labor and material pricing
• Assess labor and material costs to determine in-house versus subcontractor fabrication options
