Event Specialist

Unilux Brand We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Specialist to join our team and coordinate a wide range of events that resonate with our brand and mission. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping memorable experiences for our guests, clients, and stakeholders. In this diverse role, you will manage the planning, execution, and follow-up of various events, from corporate functions to community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, trade shows, and community outreach programs.

Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints while maximizing resource allocation.

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements for successful events.

Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing.

Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement for future events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and execution.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
