Overview
Element has an opportunity for an Analytical Chemist to work in our Routine Chemistry laboratory and train in Investigative Chemistry techniques. The Chemist will assist the Chemistry team in ensuring timely completion of customer orders, and manage work in progress as it flows through the laboratory.

Salary : $30- $38 / hr DOE
Responsibilities
Perform chemical analysis using various techniques including ICP-OES, OES, XRF, EDS, LECO, and FTIR
- Prepare and analyze metallic samples for alloy identification / verification
- Perform cleanliness, chemical exposure, RoHS, and CPSIA testing
- Analyze and document samples using optical and digital microscopes
- Interpret data, review, and report chemistry results
- Abide by all safety and housekeeping rules and regulations
