ZT Systems is seeking a qualified Security Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategies that safeguard company assets, personnel, and facilities. This role is critical to ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and enforce security strategies, policies, and emergency response plans.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of security personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
• Oversee physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to strengthen security practices.
• Educate staff on security awareness and compliance.
