Expected starting wage range is $, - $, Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY
The VP Planning & Implementation is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of large-scale strategic projects. A critical aspect of this role is to ensure consistent and effective integration of initiatives that have broad impact across the organization, including planning, change management and the achievement of strategic KPIs. They will oversee best practice project management frameworks, standards, and methodologies for the enterprise as well as drive cross-functional initiatives through coordination and collaboration across Telecare.

oEnsure the strategic priorities have a three-year operational plan that allows management to monitor impact and progress
oIncorporate and align the clinical, people, customer and financial cross-functional plans required to deliver on complex goals
oCoordinate the annual review and alignment with the executive team on the Enterprise Scorecard and Dashboard metrics.
Financial Security
oFacilitate cross functional decision making and problem solving to manage risks, remove obstacles, and resolve conflict between initiatives monitoring for change readiness and optimizing strategic initiative swim lanes.
oEnsure effective short and long-term implementation of goals by identifying and raising barriers to the executive team with proposed solutions.
oCollaboratively establish and monitor project performance KPI's, making course corrections as necessary.
