The Opportunity :
CACI is seeking a talented mid-level Multimedia Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Instructional Designers, 2D Media Specialists, 3D Animators, and Subject Matter Experts to develop cutting-edge training content for Navy Aviation ratings as part of the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. Your creative skills will be put to use crafting engaging Lesson Plans, comprehensive Training Guides, challenging assessment questions, and innovative Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI). If you're passionate about instructional design and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Review Government Furnished Information.
- Support meetings with Subject Matter Experts and Media Developers.
- Research and gather missing content.
- Leverage sound instructional design practices, adult learning theories, and performance improvement processes using the ADDIE Instructional Design Model.
- Review training content to ensure accuracy.
- Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
- Develop storyboards and courseware using Adobe Captivate.

The proposed salary range for this position is :
$52,300-$107,200
