Role Overview
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of training programs for field team members. Your role includes developing assessments, workplace aids, and eLearning content while ensuring alignment with current learning theories and research. You\'ll create programs that identify developmental needs, preparing personnel for advanced roles. Through collaboration with stakeholders, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, utilizing your specialized knowledge and skills.
Day in the Life
Design and implement training programs and tools.
Develop evaluation criteria for training effectiveness.
Conduct research on learning theories and methods.
Oversee project design, implementation, and adherence to policies.
Mentor colleagues and manage project deliverables.
Your Qualifications
University Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Mastery in a specialty area with industry practice knowledge.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational impact.
