This position requires operating a Radio Frequency Heat Sealer. This includes Foam Wall, Rapid Rise, Economy, Ultimate, Stake Wall, Collapse Wall, Compact and Low-Cost Berms. Knowledge of the passenger side of a bar welder or a single person sealer. Knows the safety precautions to running machinery. Understand the basic components of a work order. Can ID the difference of common materials used. Knowledge of the drivers side of the machinery with the ability to make adjustments needed to the machinery while trouble shooting and recognizing errors occurring with ability to retain knowledge of multiple custom production lines needed. Experience with all the above would-be a plus. Pay attention to fine details of a project or task. Must stay focus with tasks at hand while avoiding distraction or creating conversation within the work area. Meet customers specifications while working in a fast-paced environment. Participate in a teamwork atmosphere and contribute to various continuous improvement projects and processes. Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment. Must possess the ability to perform at required production standards with minimal supervision and solve practical problems. Must be flexible to adapt to changing conditions. Must be patient and have team support willingness with positive attitude. Must have exceptional interpersonal (behavioral) skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Perform any other duties as required.
