Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our client in Lockport, IL.
1st shift-Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 30pm - MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME
Pay is between $17 and $25 an hour.
MUST PASS AN ELECTRICAL-MECHANICAL APTITUDE TEST.
A worldwide leader in precision electrical testing, metrology systems, and semiconductor inspection tools, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to Perform a variety of electronic and mechanical subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature to build up units such as box builds, cable harnesses, and general electronic / mechanical assemblies.
What You’ll Do :
Perform basic and / or advanced, standardized, and repetitive electro-mechanical assembly.
Perform Wire / Cable / Harness assembly.
Inspect Mechanical assemblies / Chassis / Cables / Harnesses for defects
May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire, stripping, wiring, and fastening connections.
Other production activities as required.
What You’ll Need :
High school diploma, GED, and / or technical diploma and 3+ years’ equivalent assembly experience and / or military technical training.
Must be able to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders.
Ability to do repetitive operations.
Ability to use a PC for basic operation (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent eye-hand coordination.
Excellent manual dexterity.
Accurate and detail-oriented.
Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and small power tools.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.; ability to stand for long periods.
Must be a conscientious and cooperative team player
Must be well organized and able to multi-task
Must demonstrate willingness to work overtime as needed (occasional)
Ability to solder and / or rework fine pitch SMT parts under magnification

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
Eligibility : Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are : 1 / 1 or 7 / 1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution / match maximum is 4%)
