ABOUT THE ROLE

The position is primarily responsible for driving employee productivity, operational efficiency, customer

service levels, employee retention and satisfaction by assisting with overseeing and managing operations

within the product line.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Education : Bachelor's degree or 5 years if relevant experience.

Field of Study Preferred : Operations Management, Business, Civil Engineering or other related disciplines or equivalent experience.

Required Work Experience : Min of 5 years of operations / production -related management experience in

construction materials, or related industries or 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Technical Skills : Proficiency in Google mail, Microsoft suite, Excel and Word

Travel Requirements : Frequent local travel to plants for which responsible. 40%
