Duties / Responsibilities :

Responsible for answering telephone for the Athletic Department and routing calls to appropriate department / sport. Greet and communicate with the general public, faculty, staff and students who enter the Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall.

Oversee VIP parking for Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall by supervising the spaces and taking reservations. Assist with instructing patrons on the proper use of parking in front of the building.

Serve as information clerk for the Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall providing telephone assistance, communicating with and greeting the general public, faculty, staff and students. Oversee VIP parking for the Athletic Department.
