GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
This position assists the manager by providing leadership and direction to assigned analysts on the ROPS special projects and analytics team. On top of supervisory responsibilities, this position will be responsible for leading and / or actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives, process re-design, analytical report development, and special projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : YES
This position has supervisory responsibility and / or has input into decisions concerning the recruitment, training, professional development, performance management including termination, and retention of teammates necessary for the team to achieve key departmental goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Teammate Supervision and Customer Service (60%)
- Provide daily supervision, direction, mentoring, coaching, and performance management to teammates
- Ensure high quality customer service according to department and company policy
- Monitor team productivity and progress of specific area job functions
- Determine staffing plans that promote the most effective use of all teammates
- Establish, communicate, and ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved
- Address teammate relations issues appropriately and escalate to manager as necessary
- Assist manager with teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, evaluations, PTO, and disciplinary action as required
- Write and conduct teammate annual Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) as required
- Maintain teammate records in compliance with DaVita policy's and any applicable laws
- Understand and communicate DaVita company policies and procedures
- Work with People Services and manager to recruit teammates with appropriate skills and experience
- Know, understand, and follow DaVita teammate guidelines as well as local safety and security policies and procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities :
Ability to lift minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 15 pounds unassisted; able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, lifting, and use full range of body motions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Level III - Moderate noise (examples : business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
No required tasks involve greater exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues than would be encountered by a visitor. The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids or other hazardous conditions.

The Salary Range for the role is $56,500.00 - $93,000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt : New York City and Long Island : $64,350.00 / year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $64,350.00 / year, Remainder of New York state : $60,405.80 / year New York Non-exempt : New York City and Long Island : $16.50 / hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties : $16.50 / hour, Remainder of New York state : $15.50 / hourWashington Exempt : $77,968.80 / year Washington Non-exempt : Bellingham : $17.66 / hour, Burien : $21.16 / hour, Unincorporated King County : $20.29 / hour, Renton : $20.90 / hour, Seattle : $20.76 / hour, Tukwila : $21.10 / hour, Remainder of Washington state : $16.66 / hour
