As a Process Improvement Analyst III, you are responsible for implementing and developing a lean culture across the organization and supporting cross-functional process improvement initiatives that result in improved process efficiency and profitability through the reduction of waste activities.The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Responsibilities :

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and with a focus on quality
• Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and program management to gather input and drive process improvements
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste, improving quality, and increasing efficiency
• Perform cost / benefit analysis and use results to prioritize projects
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of process improvements
