A company is looking for a Construction / Program Assistant to support various projects within the Navajo Nation. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the construction management team, including scheduling and documenting meetings Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders Coordinate project documentation and maintain organized records of construction documents and contracts Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience Typically 3+ years of related work experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or project management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software is a plus Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is preferred Experience working with Native American communities or in culturally sensitive environments is highly desirable
