Job Title

Technical Program Manager Analyst

What you will do :

• Manage complex projects for product compliance and customer requests
• Review analyze and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle
• Track projects entering and leaving the release & report weekly state of the release to management and PMO
• Facilitate daily calls to track testing issues and host client implementation review calls
• Manage the Business Command Center (BCC) during a major release
• Identify trends and provide updates on projects and teams potentially at risk for releases
