About the Role :
The Closing Documentation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all closing documents are accurately prepared, reviewed, and finalized for marine transactions. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding the interests of both the company and its clients. The administrator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business managers, marine brokers, lenders, and clients, to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies. By streamlining the documentation process, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and success of the closing operations. Ultimately, the Closing Documentation Administrator ensures that all transactions are completed smoothly and professionally, enhancing client satisfaction and trust in the organization.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in marine, real estate or legal documentation.
