Project Manager

Join a West Michigan-based commercial general contractor specializing in retail construction nationwide as an experienced Project Manager in our Grand Rapids team. This role involves overseeing new store build-outs and remodels from bid through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and uphold our commitment to integrity, value, and lasting relationships in every project.

Work Environment

The work week is Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. While not on call, flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project demands. Enjoy working in a small family business with a longstanding history of 55 years and low employee turnover, where investing in our team is a priority.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $1538.00 - $2750.00 / hr.
