A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to handle client inquiries and support services. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and emails from clients and brokers, assess inquiries, and determine appropriate handling Manage and monitor requests within internal systems while coordinating with internal business partners to meet client needs Provide timely responses to inquiries related to forms, claims status, billing, and other service requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in customer service Strong understanding of group products and services, particularly STD and LTD products Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
