Call Center Representative (Onsite, 2-Month Contract)

Location : Downtown Seattle, WA

Employment Type : Contract (2 Months)

Work Arrangement : Fully Onsite

We're hiring Call Center Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting inbound customer inquiries. This is a great chance to gain experience, build connections, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Document interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
