We are a full-service company that designs, installs, repairs, services and inspects a variety of fire suppression systems. We are dedicated to providing complete customer satisfaction, competitive rates and personal attention to every single client. We are always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and eager PM to join our team. This role does not require prior experience in project management; however, fire sprinkler or construction experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in being a quick learner, developing client relationships, being technically sound, savvy, and eager to learn first and foremost. Knowledgeable in bidding new construction projects, service or sprinkler systems is a bonus and can lead to additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Compile material and plan submittals for Contractors, Architects and AHJ, following up with permits, scheduling designs with designers
• Reviewing install plans and stock lists before jobs begin, ordering and scheduling material deliveries, monitor orders to ensure deadline are met
• Conduct site visits and manage projects as needed to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Perform system surveys as needs
• Attending job coordination meetings, handling change orders, going on regular job site visits
• Utilize PM software to track projects and stay on budget
• Prepare and present proposals to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
