Title : Sr. Financial Analyst

Location : Hybrid — 3 days onsite in Carlsbad

Compensation : $95K – $115K DOE

A well-known consumer brand rooted in sustainability and a surf-inspired culture is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join its lean and collaborative team. This hybrid role supports two dynamic businesses and is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead cash flow forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making — this will be a primary focus of the role

Forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial analysis across multiple entities

Prepare variance analysis, ad-hoc board reporting, and executive presentations

Support monthly financial reviews and deliver actionable insights

FP&A data integration and dashboard building; maintain robust reporting templates

Map and maintain current chart of accounts; identify opportunities for process improvements as the business evolves

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods

Proven cash flow forecasting expertise — must have hands-on experience managing and improving cash flow models

Advanced Excel skills; comfortable building and maintaining complex models

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to shift between big-picture and detail-oriented tasks
