Our Thermo King business develops transport HVAC and refrigeration products that provide temperature control solutions to help our customers efficiently deliver cargo with confidence. Using our range of transport refrigeration solutions, our customers deliver essential cargo, like food and pharmaceuticals, all while maintaining the critical temperature control-chain.

We are hiring an experienced Controls Embedded Software Architect, who will establish the modern software architectures and development practices for Thermo King's products and oversee development of the next generation of solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the functional, technical, and integration architectures for software solutions, along with integrations with Thermo King's internal systems, and the systems and devices of our customers, dealers, and partners. You will collaborate with the architecture team and other team members to define how great controls solutions should work and then oversee the development of those solutions.

Where is the work :

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week in Bloomington, MN.

Compensation :

Base Pay Range : $120,000- $160,000

Additional Compensation : Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
