Information Security Solutions Engineer - Messaging & Cloud Security

The Information Security Solutions Engineer - Messaging & Cloud Security reports to the VP, Information Security. This role provides day-to-day hands-on engineering and operational support for enterprise cloud and security platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The engineer will have in-depth experience with cloud-native security controls, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. This position serves as a key resource within the team to ensure the security and resilience of core business systems across hybrid infrastructure.

Qualifications Required :

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure security tools (Defender, Purview, Entra ID, Intune)
• Experience managing email gateway security policies and configurations
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk
• Experience with endpoint protection and XDR solutions
• Exposure to CASB and SaaS security policy management
• Experience monitoring and maintaining security posture across AWS and Azure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell)
• 5 - 7 years of experience in cloud security operations or enterprise security engineering

Physical demands and work environment :

Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Employees in this position will report to the office 3 days per week. Occasional travel may be required. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
