POSITION SUMMARY

The Chicago School is seeking a Full Time Campus Operations Coordinator to assist with evening and weekend coverage. The Campus Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting day-to-day operations and events on the Plano, TX campus. Reporting to the Campus Operations Manager, the Coordinator performs and coordinates tasks and activities to facilitate the optimal functioning of facilities, systems, and processes for faculty, staff, and students.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Operational Support

• Provide general administrative assistance to campus operations leadership.
• Support the management of the campus operations inbox and respond to student, faculty, and staff requests related to campus operations.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the campus.
• Assist with scheduling and information management related to facilities usage and events.
• Support the mailroom operations and delivery / acceptance of packages and mail.
• Support the reception desk as needed.
• Create and update ID cards for faculty, staff, and students.
• Assist campus visitors and vendors.
• Ensure exceptional customer service when interacting with campus community members.
