Full-Time | Estimating | Commercial Construction

Sunrise Erectors Inc. is a recognized leader in the commercial façade industry throughout New England. We specialize in the furnishing and installation of high-performance façade systems including metal panels, cladding, and unitized curtain wall systems.

We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team at our Canton, MA office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors during the bidding process

Prepare comprehensive bid packages, proposals, and project handovers

Evaluate material and labor costs for various façade systems

Manage multiple bids and tight deadlines simultaneously

Utilize software tools (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam) to support the estimating process

Qualifications :

3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction (preferred : curtain walls, cladding systems, metal panels)

Proficient in reading construction drawings, plans, and specifications

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and estimating software (Bluebeam preferred)

Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (not required)

Must be able to work onsite in Canton, MA
