A company is looking for a Professional Learning Operations Scheduler. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain schedules for Professional Learning Consultants (PLCs), ensuring all sessions are assigned and confirmed Coordinate last-minute changes and substitutions, clearly communicating updates to consultants and stakeholders Provide real-time support for consultants through Slack, responding to scheduling inquiries and operational concerns promptly Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce for scheduling, operations, or administrative support Prior experience in scheduling, operations coordination, or a similar role Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Familiarity with Slack or similar communication platforms Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
