The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes through accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, test cases, and reports.
- Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to document processes, workflows, and product specifications.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain version control of all QA documents and ensure proper archival of obsolete documents.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation support.
- Track document updates, revisions, and approvals, ensuring timely implementation.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on the proper use and interpretation of QA documents.
