Join Our Team as a Lead SQL Software Developer!

Are you an innovative developer with a strong foundation in web development, object-oriented design, and data analytics? We’re seeking a Lead SQL Software Developer with exceptional SQL skills and a passion for building business intelligence solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

Write Well-Designed Code : Develop efficient, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards.

Data & Analytics Expertise : Build, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views that support reporting and analytics.

Build REST Endpoints : Create robust RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.

BI Development : Design and implement dashboards, data models, and BI solutions to drive decision-making.

Agile Collaboration : Contribute as part of an Agile Scrum team, supporting sprint goals and team members.

Mentor & Guide : Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Subject Matter Expertise : Act as a hands-on coding expert and trusted resource in software and data development.

Meet Sprint Commitments : Ensure timely delivery of sprint tasks and actively engage in sprint planning and reviews.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience :

7+ years developing web applications.

Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

Proficient in C#, .NET Core, Linq, and Entity Framework (EF).

Experience building BI tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Familiarity with at least one popular web framework for application development.

Front-end experience (Vue.js, Bootstrap) a plus.

Technical Skills :

Ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong documentation and specification skills.

Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
