We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate for our Boston, MA office!

Essential Functions and Primary Duties :

• Utilize effective call strategies emailing, and social selling techniques developed in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Management to secure sales-ready conversations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed targets for lead qualification and conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Continuously enhance Advisory Services knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Minimum Qualifications :

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $66,000 - $80,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on education, experience and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
