We're looking for a Hybrid - Scheduling Coordinator for our client. If you have 2-5 years of experience in Scheduling & Coordination and logistics or supply chain than this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage daily and weekly transportation schedules for Ankaa fleet and third-party carriers.
• Confirm dock appointments and coordinate with warehouse clerks and drivers.
• Monitor and update scheduling systems such as Ryder, WMI, and other scheduling platforms.
• Operational Support
• Assist with documentation, appointment confirmations, and load tracking
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders

Location : Miramar, FL (Mon–Thurs in-office, Fri remote)

Pay : $19–$20 / hr.
