Instructional Design Coordinator

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Coordinator to support the development of technical training materials.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content

Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences

Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules

Required Qualifications

Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs

Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
