Inside Sales Engineer Trainee

Responsibilities :

• Learn and understand the company's products, market, and techniques to provide customers with engineering solutions to their equipment needs.
• Work primarily in an inside sales capacity, bringing your engineering skills and mindset to add value, solutions, and thought-out options to the customer interaction.
• Grow to provide more design-based solutions on the outside as needed.
• Focus initially on the equipment side, providing solutions that involve barge, winch, and moving systems.
• Work as part of a team to deal with rigging and other specialized elements.
