We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, processing online orders, shipping, delivering and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Collect the order via phone or online, process the payment & deliver
- Handle customer issues & assist them with a solution
- Outbound marketing needs
- Inventory management

- Spotting new revenue streams
Requirements
Proven inside sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per dayProficient in corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyBA / BS degree or equivalent
