Inside Sales

Description

The Inside Sales professional is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer accounts across both e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Marketplace, and company-owned online stores) and traditional retail partners. This exempt position requires a results-driven professional who can balance proactive sales activities with operational excellence, including order processing, inventory coordination, customer ladder forecasting, and account support. The role combines relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

E-Commerce Marketplace Management

• Oversee daily operations for marketplace accounts and online stores.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies, content optimization, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor account health, advertising ROI, and execute promotions in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.

Sales & Account Management

Working Conditions :

$68,640 - $70,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
