SUMMARY :
The Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is responsible for helping us grow by reaching out to both new and existing customers and promoting our full line of fire protection services in the Puget Sound area.
This role involves handling both inbound leads (from people who contact us) and outbound sales (reaching out to potential customers).
DUTIES :
- Answer incoming sales inquiries, gather necessary information and direct them to the right team members.
- Keep our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date with new leads and customer details.
- Reconnect with past customers to win back their business.
- Contact current customers to offer additional fire protection services.
- Contact new customers by phone and email to introduce our services and set appointments.
- Responsible for complying with all safety requirements while on company property and or at customer sites.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
1 year of B2B sales experience (inside or outside) or account management, including cold calling, emailing, or using a CRMSome experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExperience using HubSpotAbility to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all staffing levels and clients / customersAbility to work independently, self-starter, energeticFriendly, professional, and able to build rapport with customers.Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgmentFlexibility to adapt to all situationsHighly organized with an eye for detail.Honest, trustworthy, and responsibleAbility to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum directionBENEFITS
