Our client, a dynamic leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be part of the customer support department, providing essential assistance to clients and ensuring their needs are met. Job Title : Call Center Representative

Location : Memphis, TN

Pay Range : $14 per hour

Shift : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

What's the Job?

Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.

Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

Excellent listening skills and empathy towards customers.
