Mantro Mobile Imaging is hiring a detail-oriented, computer-proficient Intake Coordinator to manage patient scheduling, documentation, and communication with healthcare providers. This is a fast-paced, mission-critical roleideal for candidates with strong initiative, sharp thinking skills, and prior experience in medical coordination or dispatch.

This is not a passive desk job we need someone who understands the urgency of patient care, can prioritize in real time, and stays fully engaged throughout their shift.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming patient orders and real-time dispatch
• Enter orders promptly and accurately upon receipt
• Prioritize STAT exams, significant findings, and final report distribution
• Communicate professionally with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
• Coordinate field schedules to prevent delays and reschedules
• Monitor systems like Rapid Rad, incoming faxes, and Microsoft Teams throughout the shift
• Handle data entry and multitask with precision
• Document thoroughly and clearly for seamless handoffs
• Deliver professional, compassionate service with every interaction
