Volt is immediately hiring Customer Service Representative in Columbus OH As an Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for : Under immediate supervision a Health Services Associate, functions as primary customer contact by receiving calls, letters and faxes from customers concerning routine account or distribution irregularities for access and affordability programs. Investigates problems using computer systems, databases, and established procedures. Contacts customers with solutions, obtains further information or triages call to appropriate party. Works within established departmental guidelines. Minimum Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent experience. Basic computer skills This is a Full-Time, Contract opportunity. Schedule : M-F – 8am to 8pm Duration : 3+ Months Location : Columbus OH Pay Rate : $15.0 - $20.0 per hour on W2.
