Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance coding accuracy and efficiency High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field preferred. Current coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, HCS-D) from a recognized accrediting body. Minimum of 2 years of ICD-10 coding experience in a home health care setting. Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
