Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Consultative Sales : Guide clients through the process of selecting suitable life insurance policies that cater to their individual circumstances and goals.
Inbound and Outbound Calls : Efficiently manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss life insurance options.
Cross-Selling Opportunities : Identify and pursue opportunities to offer additional insurance products that complement clients' life insurance policies.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide the best possible advice and service to clients.
Compliance and Record-Keeping : Ensure all client information and transactions are accurately documented and comply with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused : Exceptional ability to understand and address client needs.
Professionalism : Demonstrated professional demeanor and ethical approach in all dealings.
