Qualifications
- Education : BS / MS degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Certification : Professional Engineer license (PE) required
- Experience : Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with 7+ years of structural design experience or Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with 12+ years of structural design experience in bridges, buildings, tunnels and other associated structures
- Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment and engage with the client, architects and contractors
- Leadership : Experience in leading design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, mentoring & training
