Job Description
We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our footwear testing lab. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of testing processes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform standard materials and mechanical tests on footwear products using universal test machines.
- Review, analyze, and document test data to support product quality and development.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Support senior engineers on special testing projects and provide training to teammates when needed.
- Help identify and implement process or equipment improvements within the lab.
